ASL Limo Maine
Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: September 2026
By booking with ASL Limo Maine, part of the ASL Limo group, the client authorizes the use of the provided credit card for payment and agrees to every term outlined below.
Wait Time Policy
Does not apply to hourly services.
A complimentary grace period applies based on the pickup location. Once the grace period expires, per-minute charges begin according to the reserved vehicle type.
Grace periods:
- 30 minutes: domestic flights and cruise terminal pickups
- 60 minutes: international flights
- 15 minutes: all other locations
For airport pickups, clients must provide complete and accurate flight information when reserving so the team can honor the grace period. Train schedules cannot be monitored, so wait time for train station pickups starts at the confirmed pickup time.
Hourly Billing
Hourly service is billed from the initial pickup through the final drop-off.
Cancellation Policy
Standard reservations (under $500):
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service incur the full trip cost.
Reservations over $500:
- A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required upon booking.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date are subject to a charge of 100% of the total price.
Round-trip services count as two separate reservations and must be canceled individually. Every chargeback request is governed by these terms.

Chauffeurs receive 100% of all tips. You can add gratuities to the reservation by credit card or hand them directly to the chauffeur in cash.
