Reservations +

How far in advance should I reserve a vehicle?

Reserve as early as possible, especially for weddings, large groups, specialty vehicles, concerts, holidays, and other high-demand dates. Same-day and last-minute requests may also work out, depending on which vehicles are open.

How do I get a receipt?

We email your receipt automatically once your card is billed. For another copy or a paid invoice, give customer service your reservation number or the name on the booking, and we will send one over.

Why is my final charge different from the quote I received?

The final amount reflects the service as it actually ran, which sometimes differs from the original reservation. Additional time, extra stops, itinerary changes, tolls, airport fees, and applicable surcharges all affect the total. Ask us to review the reservation if anything on your statement looks unclear.

Special Requests +

Can I request specific amenities or preferences?

Yes. Note anything you would like at the time of booking, and we will work to accommodate it. Requests involving equipment or extra arrangements need advance notice, so add them to the reservation rather than raising them on the day.

Do you handle weddings and other special occasions?

Yes. Weddings, corporate programs, and large events make up a regular part of our work, including guest shuttles and multi-vehicle arrangements. Tell the reservation team what the occasion involves, and we will match the vehicles and itinerary to it.

How do I pass along special instructions?

Add them to your reservation notes or email us once the booking is confirmed. Our team relays passenger requirements and itinerary details to your chauffeur ahead of arrival.

Airports +

Which Maine airports do you serve?

We serve Bangor International Airport (BGR), Hancock County–Bar Harbor Airport (BHB), Portland International Jetport (PWM), Knox County Regional Airport (RKD), Augusta State Airport (AUG), Waterville Robert LaFleur Airport (WVL), and Brunswick Executive Airport (BXM). Service to Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is also available from Maine.

Where do I meet my chauffeur at the airport?

Your chauffeur will wait for you with a name sign at the airport’s designated chauffeured transportation area.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flight information when complete and accurate flight details are provided in advance, and we adjust your pickup when possible. Reach out if your flight number changes, your flight is canceled, you miss a connection, or your itinerary shifts in any other way.

How long will my chauffeur wait?

Every reservation includes a complimentary grace period, and its length depends on your pickup type. Once it closes, we bill waiting time per minute based on the vehicle you reserved. Our Terms and Conditions list the applicable grace periods and explain how hourly billing differs.

Do you provide transportation for private aviation arrivals?

Yes. Private aviation and FBO transportation is available at several Maine airports, including Bangor International, Hancock County–Bar Harbor, Old Town Municipal, and Knox County Regional. Send your arrival information to the reservation team for specific FBO arrangements.

Coverage +

What parts of Maine do you serve?

ASL Limo Maine serves ten counties across central, coastal, and southern Maine, including the Bangor, Bar Harbor, Camden, Rockland, Augusta, Waterville, Portland, Brunswick, Kennebunkport, and York areas. Visit our service area pages for coverage in individual cities and towns.

Do you provide service outside Maine?

Yes. ASL Limo serves clients throughout New England, and long distances are a regular part of what we cover, including runs between Maine and surrounding states. Share your pickup and destination with our reservation team to confirm what we can arrange.

Should I reserve hourly or point-to-point service?

Point-to-point works when you have a single pickup and one destination. Hourly suits days involving several stops, waiting periods between appointments, or an itinerary that may shift. We bill hourly reservations from the initial pickup through the final drop-off.

Vehicles and Chauffeurs +

Are you available 24 hours a day?

Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our dispatch team is reachable around the clock to assist with active reservations.

What training do your chauffeurs complete?

Every chauffeur completes professional screening and training in safe vehicle operation, customer service, passenger assistance, airport procedures, itinerary details, and communication with dispatch. Chauffeurs operating regulated vehicles also meet all applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.

How do I reach my chauffeur?

We typically share chauffeur details with you ahead of your reserved pickup. You can also reach our dispatch team at any hour for help locating or connecting with your chauffeur.

Are pets allowed?

We accommodate pets with advance notice, so mention yours when you make the reservation, and we will confirm the arrangements. Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable law.

Can you provide a car seat?

Yes. Forward-facing, rear-facing, and booster seats are available by advance request, subject to availability. Please tell us which type you need at booking so we can have the correct seat ready.

What group sizes can you accommodate?

Our fleet runs from a 2-passenger Cadillac XTS sedan to the 55-passenger Executive Coach.
