ASL Limo Maine

Privacy Policy

Current as of September 2026

ASL Limo Maine, part of the ASL Limo group, collects personal information to meet legitimate business needs: booking, dispatching, and billing chauffeured trips, and improving our service over time. This policy covers what you share through our website and what you give us when you book. The sections that follow explain what we gather and when, who else sees it, how long we retain it, and what you can ask of us.

Visiting Our Website

We may automatically collect your IP address, your browser type, and the pages you visit. Cookies and similar tools gather this data, help the site run properly, measure traffic, and show us how visitors use each page. You can refuse or clear cookies from your browser whenever you like.

Reserving a Car

When you book, we typically collect:

  • Contact details: your name, email, phone, and billing address
  • Your trip: where we meet you, where you are going, and the date and hour of service
  • Airport transfers: your flight number and arrival time, so we know when you land
  • Service preferences: your vehicle choice, any child seats you need, accessibility accommodations, and other special requests
  • Payment: the card you pay with, which our payment processor charges securely
  • Messages: booking confirmations and your inquiries

On the Day of Service

Your chauffeur and our dispatchers see the parts of your booking they need to run the trip. You also get your chauffeur’s name and phone number. The same records help us verify identities, maintain passenger and vehicle safety standards, and meet our legal obligations. They support routine administration too, such as reservation processing and filing.

After Your Trip

We charge your card for our services and issue refunds when they apply. Your contact details let us send receipts and answer your questions. We also review booking trends so we can improve the fleet, our routes, and the client experience.

In most cases, we retain records of bookings and payments for seven years, as standard business practice and legal rules require. We hold everything else while it still serves a purpose: completing our work, meeting compliance duties, resolving disputes, or enforcing agreements.

We never send marketing emails you did not ask for. Every message from us concerns your reservation or an inquiry you made.

Who Else Receives It

Trusted outside parties that help us operate receive what you provide. These include our payment processor, which completes card transactions securely.

We also disclose it to legal authorities when the law requires, or when our rights, safety, or property need protecting. We never sell your data to anyone for their own marketing.

Protecting What You Share

We use reasonable safeguards to stop anyone from accessing, altering, or disclosing your data improperly. No internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise perfect protection.

Requests You Can Make

Depending on where you live, the law may entitle you to request that we:

  • Give you a full record of the personal information we hold on you
  • Fix any entry that is wrong or incomplete
  • Delete your records, unless the law obliges us to retain them

You can choose not to share certain details, though that may limit what we can do for you. The last section of this page shows how to reach us.

Minors

Reservations must be made by an adult 18 or older. Minors may ride when a parent, guardian, or school organizer makes the booking. We never knowingly collect a child’s personal information unless a parent consents. Contact us right away if anything from a child reached us by mistake.

Revisions to This Page

We may revise this policy when our practices or applicable rules change. Check the revision date at the top for the latest version, and review it periodically.
